Asghar Zaidi is a Crane Firm partner who collaborates with our clients on projects associated with ScanTech campaigns and initiatives. He has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing innovative consumer products in several industries. Although he had the opportunity to develop products for the medical, toys, consumer electronics, and sporting goods industries, the majority of Asghar’s experience has been in retail design. He has a passion for pushing design boundaries while maintaining design intent throughout the development process. Often times wearing many hats, Asghar maintains an engaging and hands-on approach from the initial product concept through the product launch. He always works with cross-functional team members consisting of engineers, marketing and brand managers, design management, and other designers. He relies on their input, advice, and collaboration to aid in the industrial design process.

Asghar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois.
