Candice Williams is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Operations responsible for business development and client retention.  In her role, she develops and executes partnership agreements while maintaining operations for consistent growth.  In addition, she is responsible for driving market awareness thru innovation and collaborative partnerships in the consulting market.  

Over the course of her 20+ year career, she has held senior leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Cigna, and AON Hewitt to maximize client operations, sales revenue, and talent strategies to achieve increased profitability. Candice possesses a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University and resides with her family in Atlanta, Georgia.
