Tara Brown is a Crane Firm partner, collaborating with our clients on projects associated with marketing, tradeshows, events and travel. After spending 15 years in the hotel industry, Tara went on to manage corporate beverage programs for major hotels and country clubs in the Baltimore area; thereafter, she ran the tradeshow and event program for a global security company. In 2017, Tara started her own business, Taylored Event Solutions, which focuses on offering her clients all-inclusive services for their marketing and event needs.

In 2018, Tara founded the Baltimore Chapter of HOPE, which is an organization started by the Griffin Gives Foundation. This program works with young women to learn empowerment, self-esteem, trust in their values, and how to live with integrity and confidence.

Tara studied business management at Wesley College and then went on to complete her training at Stevenson University, studying Travel and Tourism.
